Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in customer support, mechanical or electrical field service.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel ~50% within and outside territory.
• Experience troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, or service on technical equipment in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to maintain service documentation per procedures and requirements.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship information for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, verify, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and de-installation for O-arm imaging and Mazor systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to restore equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Coordinate service activities with customers and internal partners.
• Analyze field service data and identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
• Provide technical feedback to Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and other teams for product enhancements.
• Support the development and maintenance of service procedures and field service processes.
• Participate in technical training delivery for distributors, partners, and customers.
