Job summary

You will manage service in the Northeast region, with Indiana or Ohio residency, traveling to hospitals and clinics, providing training and support, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year travel to customer or field sites.
• Strong understanding of electronic systems, analog and digital circuitry.
• Ability to travel ~75% and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair.
• Train medical staff on equipment use and safety protocols.
• Document service events and updates using internal tools.
• Manage routine and emergency service requests within territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for support and compliance.
