Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a senior field service leader to support startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and reliability improvement across mission-critical data center infrastructure.

You will act as the technical owner for transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers, and controls, diagnosing complex failures and driving corrective actions on site. You will build the field service operating model, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design, construction, and site operations
