Job summary

Tetra Pak in Denton, TX is seeking a Service Engineer 3 to perform preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning, and on-site service for food-processing systems across the U.S.

The role requires 8 years of relevant experience, hands-on work with high/low voltage equipment, and ability to train customer personnel while complying with safety and regulatory standards; heavy travel (85% domestic/international) is expected.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with 24–600V electrical equipment, motors, sensors, actuators and control systems.
• Troubleshooting and rebuilding mechanical systems (seals, bearings, power transmission, pumps, valves).
• Customer operator training on automated industrial food processing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on customer sites following global procedures.
• Install, Commission, and upgrade complete Tetra Pak systems.
• Create and submit timely reports of issues and service activities.
• Escalate food safety, QA, and regulatory issues as needed.
• Provide on-site operator training and remote troubleshooting.
• Document time entries and service reports per procedures.
