Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Field Service Representative in Rockville, MD to install, troubleshoot, and service electrical equipment. You will deliver technical solutions, perform power quality measurements, and generate detailed service reports for warranties and product performance.

The role requires 2+ years in electrical/mechanical service or a related field, a valid license, and willingness to travel. A company vehicle, toolkit, and phone are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years electrical/mechanical experience, or trade school +5 years.
• US work eligibility; no sponsorship required.
• Understanding of electrical distribution or control systems.
• Ability to work variable hours and travel within the district/state.
• Valid driver's license and DOT qualifications if required.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment and deliver technical solutions.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Evaluate and service electrical distribution or control systems.
• Perform power quality measurements and protective relays work.
