Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our Grapevine, TX team. The role focuses on servicing electrical equipment, delivering technical solutions, and supporting project work with emphasis on safety and quality reports.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (or trade school), 2+ years in electrical/mechanical fields, and a valid driver’s license with MVR check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher; minimum 2 years in electrical or mechanical industry, or 5+ years if no HS diploma.
• Must have valid US driver’s license and be able to pass MVR check; DOT qualifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment and deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work and product performance.
• Perform engineering tasks including testing, material evaluation, and design considerations as needed.
• Travel within designated district/state/region and participate in required safety programs.
