Eatons ES AMER ESS division seeks a Senior Field Service Representative to join our team in California. You will support customers through the power system lifecycle—startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies—and may lead small projects while guiding field teams.

Responsibilities include generating service reports, recommending improvements to electrical systems, mentoring technicians, and leveraging digital tools for remote work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 3+ years in electrical distribution or control systems.
• Also acceptable: trade school program with 7+ years experience in electrical systems.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and servicing electrical systems.
• Driver's license valid; no relocation; reside within 50 miles of City of Industry, CA.
• No immigration sponsorship; employer will not sponsor CPT/OPT/H-1B.

Responsabilités

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle from startup to maintenance and emergencies.
• Lead small projects and supervise FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and collaborate with team.
