Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site, remote and phone support for digital pathology and histology products across Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. You will install, maintain, repair, and train customers to ensure high equipment uptime.

The role requires a Biomedical/Engineering degree, strong troubleshooting, and excellent English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin, with customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Leica Biosystems instruments and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide on-site, remote, email, and phone-based technical support for digital pathology, advanced staining, and histology products.
• Conduct instrument installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and customer training per standards.
