Qualifications

- Ongoing technical training and certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration services for analytical instruments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers across institutions and facilities.
- Train and support users in the effective operation of equipment.
