Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support advanced scientific imaging systems across the Western U.S. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electron microscopy and analytical instrumentation while advising customers and coordinating with global support teams.

Expect extensive travel Monday–Thursday and regular documentation on Fridays. We value an Associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years of experience with capital equipment, strong electromechanical skills,

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent technical education.
5+ years servicing complex capital equipment or scientific instrumentation.
Expert electromechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience with electron microscopy, SEM, FIB/DualBeam, MicroCT or high-end analytical equipment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain electron microscopy and analytical instrumentation.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and work with global teams to solve complex issues.
Travel across the Western U.S. with documentation and home-office days on Fridays.
