Qualifications

• 1+ years field experience for Engineer I; 3+ years for Engineer II; 5+ years for Engineer III.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in lab environments.
• English proficiency required; other languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and calibrate electron microscopy systems (SEM, TEM, FIB).
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot electronics, vacuum systems, high voltage, and software.
• Travel to customer sites to install equipment and perform repairs.
• Document service activities and submit detailed field service reports.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on system operation.
