Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with real estate agents via in-office meetings, trade shows, and local events to answer questions and demonstrate products.
• Generate excitement and interest in Homes.com products and build relationships for repeat business.
• Provide product information and deliver demonstrations of the product and benefits of Homes.com membership.
• Build a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities.
• Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline.
• Deliver on-site or web-based sales presentations as required.
• Report progress to Sales Manager and participate in trainings.
• Build positive relationships with agents to influence closings.
• Travel approximately 80% within the local territory.
