Job summary

CoStar Group, Homes.com is seeking a Senior Field Sales Associate to drive sales growth and address real estate agent needs in a designated territory. You will serve as the primary link between Homes.com sales and agents, generating interest and converting opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in sales, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited University.
• 3+ years experience in sales or account management.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Current and valid driver’s license; driving record check required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with real estate agents via in-office meetings, trade shows, and events to answer questions and demonstrate products.
• Generate excitement, build relationships, and drive loyalty for Homes.com membership.
• Deliver product info, educational material, and product demonstrations.
• Forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline; present to customers and teams.
• Attend meetings and training; align with brand strategies and close deals.
