Job summary

CoStar Group's Homes.com division seeks a Regional Director for the Field Sales Accounts team in Chicago, IL. Lead the regional sales organization, coach field executives, and drive revenue growth while representing Homes.com products to new and existing clients.

This role requires 3+ years managing sales teams, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel 50-75%; base compensation ranges $110k–$125k with full benefits and growth opportunities at CoStar Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university.
• 3+ years leading a team of 5+ employees.
• Experience in transactional, consultative sales with short cycles.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, motivate and develop Field Sales Account Executives to meet targets.
• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field coaching and training.
• Monitor performance and KPIs to meet targets and standards.
• Establish and align individual and team performance targets with goals.
• Address performance issues and personnel changes as needed.
• Mentor team to consistently hit monthly KPI targets.
• Uphold CoStar Group culture and values.
