Job summary

CoStar Group, owner of Homes.com, is seeking a Senior Field Sales Associate in Arlington, VA to act as the main link between Homes.com sales and real estate agents. The role aims to increase visibility of Homes.com membership and maximize sales growth through strong communication and product demonstrations.

The candidate should bring excellent presentation skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to travel extensively in the local territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sales or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).

Responsibilities

• Engage with real estate agents via in-office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events to answer questions and demonstrate products.
• Generate excitement and interest in the Homes.com products, develop effective customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide product information and deliver educational material, complete demonstrations of the product and benefits of becoming a Homes.com member.
• Build a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities.
• Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline.
• Travel: 80% within your local territory.
