Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Sales Associate for the Chicago, IL area. You will act as the primary link between Homes.com sales and real estate agents, driving awareness, interest, and memberships while expanding the customer base in your territory.

The role requires strong communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engage with real estate agents via in-office meetings, trade shows, and local events.
• Generate excitement and interest in Homes.com products and build relationships.
• Deliver product information and demonstrations of Homes.com membership benefits.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with opportunities and forecasts.
• Present to customers on-site or via web presentations.
• Report progress and pipeline to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in meetings and training to stay current on product features.
• Develop positive relationships to influence closes.
• Travel approximately 80% within the local territory.
