Arrow Electronics is seeking a proven sales professional to define markets, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth across the West Michigan territory. You will develop strategic plans, market Arrow’s full offerings, and lead internal quarterly reviews to unlock additional opportunities.

The role requires interaction with vendors in a technical environment, strong knowledge of pricing models, and the ability to travel within the West Michigan area as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with electronics industry pricing programs.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans for accounts.
• Experience with design opportunities and vendor relations.
• Ability to lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Aufgaben

• Define markets and key customers in West Michigan.
• Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and grow sales.
• Prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead QBRs.
• Promote Arrow's value-add, supply chain, and lifecycle programs.
• Travel locally 3–4 days a week.
