Research and Learning, US (CCHGroup.com) is part of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, a leading provider of tax, accounting, and audit solutions. Our key offerings include the CCH AnswerConnect research platform, CCH Account Research Manager, and CCH CPELink for professional education.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Research & Learning products.
  • Manage assigned accounts, develop a healthy sales pipeline, and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Drive new business through prospecting, in-person meetings, and industry events.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to meet sales targets.
  • Identify product gaps and collaborate on new product development.
  • Increase market share by engaging with client decision-makers.
  • Plan and schedule sales activities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and manage account conflicts professionally.
  • Develop and update business plans, forecasts, and weekly reports.
  • Engage in weekly communication with your manager.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, with proven achievement of sales goals, experience with CRM, and business planning.

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in SaaS or software sales, consultative sales approach, industry awards, and tax/accounting industry knowledge.

Skills & Abilities: Independent work ethic, strong communication, multitasking, collaboration, and influence skills. Flexibility to work overtime and travel up to 10%.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range varies by location, with eligibility for commission. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), tuition assistance, paid leave, and more.
