Role Overview: As a Sr. Field Sales Manager for Wolters Kluwer Research & Learning, you will drive profitable sales growth within assigned territories, focusing on accounting firms and corporations. You will report to the Divisional Sales Manager, Research & Learning – Tax & Accounting North America. Responsibilities include:

  • Learning and effectively communicating product features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition
  • Managing a sales pipeline through prospecting, calling, and CRM updates
  • Developing new accounts and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Contributing to product development and issue resolution
  • Enhancing market share by engaging with client management at the departmental and executive levels
  • Planning and scheduling sales activities efficiently
  • Collaborating with colleagues and managing account conflicts professionally
  • Developing business plans, forecasts, and reports
  • Engaging in weekly communication with your manager

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, with experience in developing prospect lists, achieving quotas, making presentations, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.com

Preferred Experience: Over 5 years in B2B sales, SaaS or software, industry-specific knowledge, and a successful sales track record

Skills & Abilities: Independent work capability, strong communication, multitasking, collaboration, and flexibility

Travel: Up to 10%, including occasional overnight trips

Compensation: Salary range varies by location, with eligibility for commissions
