Responsibilities
  • Learn and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of Research & Learning products.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and utilize Salesforce CRM diligently.
  • Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, presentations, and participation in industry events.
  • Maintain existing client relationships, identify unmet needs, and collaborate on product development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within the territory.
  • Prepare business plans, forecasts, and weekly reports, and engage in regular communication with management.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, with proven success in developing prospect lists, achieving quotas, and using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in SaaS or software sales, industry-specific knowledge, and a track record of awards and recognitions.

Skills: Independent work capability, advanced communication skills, detail orientation, and flexibility to work overtime.

Additional Details

Travel up to 10% within the territory, with minimal overnight stays. Compensation ranges from $76,350 to $105,700, plus commissions. Wolters Kluwer offers comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k), tuition assistance, and paid leave.
