Responsibilities

As a Sr. Field Sales Manager for Wolters Kluwer Research & Learning, you will drive profitable sales growth within assigned territories, reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager. Your responsibilities include:

  • Learning and effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions through training and self-study
  • Managing an account list to support a healthy sales pipeline, including prospecting, research, and CRM management
  • Driving new customer acquisition through prospecting, meetings, and presentations
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships to meet sales goals
  • Collaborating on product development and issue resolution based on client feedback
  • Increasing market share by engaging at the management and executive levels
  • Planning and scheduling sales activities efficiently
  • Collaborating with colleagues and managing conflicts professionally
  • Developing business plans, forecasts, and weekly reports
  • Engaging in weekly communication with your manager
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales with experience in developing prospect lists, achieving quotas, making presentations, and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, SaaS or software sales, industry awards, and prior experience in tax or accounting sales

Skills & Abilities: Independent work ethic, excellent communication, multitasking, collaboration, and flexibility in schedule

Travel Requirements

Up to 10% travel for client visits and meetings, with minimal overnight travel

Applicants may need to appear onsite during recruitment

Compensation

Range varies by state: $76,350 - $105,700; role is eligible for commission
