About Wolters Kluwer Research & Learning: Part of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, a global leader in tax, accounting, and audit information and solutions. Our key products include CCH AnswerConnect, CCH Account Research Manager, and CCH CPELink, which support professionals in compliance and continuing education.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of Research & Learning products.
  • Manage assigned accounts and develop new business through prospecting and client engagement.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to product development by identifying customer needs and working with product managers.
  • Increase market share by engaging with decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Plan and organize sales activities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and manage account/channel conflicts professionally.
  • Develop and update business plans, forecasts, and weekly reports.
  • Engage in weekly communication with your manager.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, with experience in developing prospect lists, achieving sales goals, and using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Preferred: Over 5 years in SaaS or software sales, industry-specific experience, and a record of sales awards.
