JB West is seeking an aggressive, strategic Sales Manager to lead and scale our residential and commercial field sales divisions. You will recruit, train, and hold accountable a high-performing team of field sales estimators in exterior remodeling projects.

The ideal candidate is a proven closer and sales trainer who can build a repeatable sales system, coach reps in the field, and drive revenue while maintaining margins on roofing, siding, decking, and windows. Regional travel required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in field sales in exterior construction or home remodeling.
• 2+ years in direct sales management or leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of residential building envelopes and major exterior brands.
• Proficiency with construction CRMs and digital measurement/estimating tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and train a team of field sales representatives with ride-alongs and weekly meetings.
• Monitor KPIs such as lead-to-appointment rates, sit rates, and closing ratios.
• Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow and ROI on marketing spend.
• Oversee contract accuracy, pricing structures, and project scopes to protect margins.
• Maintain relationships with major accounts and close high‑value projects.
