Job summary

Smurfit WestRock is seeking a Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and develop new opportunities to meet annual sales objectives. You will collaborate with management to plan budgets and work with cross-functional teams to execute the sales strategy.

You will drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, maintaining relationships at multiple levels, and leveraging internal resources to grow revenue across enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–5+ years of B2B corrugated sales experience (manufacturing/service industry preferred).
• Experience in sales execution and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Define account vision and growth plans for targeted customers.
• Identify pricing dynamics to inform commercial decisions.
• Articulate sales strategy and build a robust pipeline.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and budgets.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage opportunities and pipeline.
