Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Success Professional II to manage day-to-day activities for assigned contract logistics accounts. The role involves building customer relationships, supporting renewals and expansions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.

Reporting to the supervisor, you will help identify risks, drive growth opportunities, and contribute to successful commercial and operational execution across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, logistics operations, or related role.
• Experience in B2B or contract logistics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand operational needs and service expectations.
• Participate in customer meetings, performance reviews, and issue resolution discussions.
• Support contract renewals, service expansions, and upsell opportunities through data insights.
