Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Houston is seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive growth in our global logistics network. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and secure contracts through direct and indirect sales channels.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics sales, a hunter mentality, and a proven record of closing deals at the executive level. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but 10+ years in transportation sales may substitute.

Qualifications

• Logistics, transportation, supply chain knowledge required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 10+ years in sales in transportation acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Hunter mentality and track record in Business-to-Business sales.
• Experience closing sales at executive level and building a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts.
• Drive the full sales cycle from engagement to close.
• Provide forecasts and reports on sales activity and volumes.
• Develop knowledge of CEVA's products, services and operations; coordinate with operations teams.
