Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Field Sales Executive III in Cincinnati, OH to drive growth for our logistics operations. You will establish relationships with new customers, manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close, and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve targets.

Networking, accurate forecasting, and regular leadership reporting are essential. The role requires 5+ years in logistics sales, a hunter mentality, and B2B selling experience with commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years' sales experience in lieu of a degree in transportation is acceptable.
• Hunter mentality and B2B sales experience with base plus commission.
• Experience closing sales at executive level.
• Open to shifting from operations, account management, or customer service into sales.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts.
• Drive full sales cycle from engagement to close.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Prospect via direct calls and in-person meetings; network where needed.
• Provide forecasts and sales reports to leadership.
