NextGear, a Cox Automotive Brand, seeks a Senior Field Sales Representative/Senior Client Solutions Executive to cover the greater Cleveland area. This full-time role drives new business, manages dealer relationships, and collaborates with Portfolio Managers to exceed targets.

You will educate customers on inventory financing and ancillary products, develop a strategic market plan, and pursue opportunities through cold calls and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 years of experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to learn company systems and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on NextGear Capital products including floorplan and services.
• Develop an aggressive sales plan within a defined market.
• Build prospect lists and conduct weekly cold calls.
• Underwrite and monitor loan applications in the credit process.
• Manage relationships with auction general managers.
