Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Regional Director for Homes.com to lead the Field Sales Account Executives, driving regional growth and brand presence. You will coach reps, attend meetings, and close deals while ensuring excellent customer service and market credibility.

The role requires traveling 50-75% and managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment. A Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team of 5+ employees in sales.
• Experience in transactional, consultative sales with short cycle-time.
• Current and valid driver’s license and driving record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop Field Sales Account Executives to meet targets.
• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field coaching reps.
• Monitor performance and KPIs to meet targets.
• Set individual and team targets aligned with goals; address performance issues.
• Mentor team to hit KPI and sales targets.
• Uphold CoStar Group culture and values.
• Travel 50-75%.
