Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Field Sales Associate for the Arlington, VA area to drive Homes.com product adoption among real estate agents. You will lead on-site and web presentations, build a strong local pipeline, and forecast sales while traveling extensively within the territory.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (accredited, in-person)
• 3+ years experience in sales or account management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, Gong)
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license
• Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start

Responsibilities

• Engage with real estate agents via in-office meetings, trade shows, and local events to answer questions, provide product information, and demonstrate products
• Generate excitement and interest in Homes.com products; develop relationships for repeat business
• Provide product information and deliver educational material; complete demonstrations
• Build a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities
• Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline
• Make sales and technical presentations (on-site or web) to potential customers
• Report to Sales Manager with progress and pipeline
• Attend meetings and training to stay abreast of product features and brand strategies
• Build positive relationships with real estate agents to influence close of sales
• Travel 80% within local territory
