Job summary

WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone is seeking a Senior Field Sales Executive to drive fiber and coaxial-based services within a defined territory. You will prospect, negotiate, and close new accounts while collaborating with WOW! resources to nurture relationships.

The role requires traveling 40–60% of the week, a track record in telecom or outside sales, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. A strong focus on pipeline and quota achievement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom or outside sales.
• Knowledge of telecom, cable, and data industries.
• Familiarity with financial metrics (IRR, NPV, fixed/variable costs).
• Ability to travel to customer sites 40–60% of the week.
• Proficiency with standard telecom products and tools.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts within a defined Territory.
• Sell Fiber and coaxial-based services to SMB and Enterprise customers.
• Lead WOW! resources to support the customer relationship.
• Present to and engage with key decision makers.
• Maintain a sales funnel of 400+ customers and align with company expectations.
• Deliver monthly quota as established by management.
• Complete paperwork for each order/request accurately.
• Provide weekly 30/60/90/120-day forecasts.
• Use Salesforce to improve sales efficiency and provide transparency.
• Identify, prospect, and penetrate defined base of accounts.
• Be proactive with time management, interpersonal skills and problem solving.
