Job summary

Amazon Robotics Technology Deployment (AR TD) is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end deployment of industrial automation in North America stores. You will manage on-site installations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive go-live readiness while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with robotics work cells and control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work with PLCs, SCADA systems, and network infrastructure.
• Ability to travel domestically 75%+ a year.
• 5+ years troubleshooting robotics systems or related complex electro-mechanical or networked systems.
• 5+ years project management in deployment/maintenance of large-scale robotics.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite deployment of large-scale industrial automation projects.
• Coordinate installation and acceptance testing to meet go-live dates.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, TPMs, product managers and site teams.
• Convert technical requirements into deployment documents and SOPs.
• Improve operational metrics and team processes through automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical assessments.
• Travel domestically up to 75%+ to support projects.
