Syneos Health in Atlanta seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to minimize reimbursement barriers and expand patient access to therapies. You will navigate across multiple internal stakeholders, sales teams, Payer teams, HUB, and other partners.

Responsibilities include establishing access services, site-of-care onboarding, payer education on coverage and coding, and ongoing account management across the territory. A hybrid work setup and travel are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Previous rare disease experience preferred.
• Proven experience with Hubs; knowledge of billing, coding and appeals.
• Knowledge of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid structures and processes.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Establish HCP/office access services, including patient-specific coverage and site of care options.
• Support site-of-care location identification and onboarding; manage sites.
• Ensure optimal patient access and pull-through at account and patient level.
• Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Medical Specialists to educate physicians on coverage and coding.
• Conduct daily case update meetings with HUB and communicate status to field partners.
• Support sales partners with reimbursement materials and HUB program assistance.
• Demonstrate territory planning and time management across the geographic area.
