Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to minimize reimbursement barriers and facilitate patient access to therapies. You will navigate across internal stakeholders, sales teams, Payer teams, and HUB while supporting site of care options and patient-specific coverage.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Previous rare disease experience preferred.
• Proven experience with HUBs, billing, coding, and appeals.
• Knowledge of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid structures.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Hybrid work environment. Valid driver's license and travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Establish HCP/office relationships and understand access services/support for patient-specific coverage and site of care options.
• Identify potential site of care locations for patient treatment and onboard sites with ongoing account management.
• Ensure optimal patient access and effective account- and patient-level pull-through.
• Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and coding of products through collaboration with colleagues.
• Participate in daily case update meetings with HUB and communicate status to field partners.
• Provide support to sales partners via reimbursement materials to physician offices, infusion centers, and HUB partners.
• Demonstrate territory planning and time management to cover the geographical area.
