Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers with clear expectations and performance feedback.
• Build a strong regional culture focused on accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and trusted leadership.
• Drive regional reimbursement strategies translating national priorities into actionable territory plans and performance KPIs.
• Monitor payer dynamics, reimbursement policy changes, and market trends to inform regional execution and identify access opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, and Operations to align on access priorities while staying compliant.
