Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with coaching, development, and performance management.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, managed care, market access, or related access role.
• Expertise in Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement including prior authorizations and denials.
• Strong understanding of commercial payer, Medicare, and Medicaid access and reimbursement dynamics.

• Translate national and regional priorities into effective territory plans.
• Ensure compliant access experience across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.
• Monitor field KPIs and coach based on performance data.

• Develop regional strategies addressing access barriers and opportunities.
• Hire, onboard, and develop talent; build succession plans.
