Amgen in the United States seeks a Director, Field Reimbursement - East to lead the Respiratory Field Reimbursement organization, develop capability vision, translate enterprise access strategy into field execution, and drive patient access through data-driven leadership.

You will mentor Senior Managers and FRMs, partner with Sales, Market Access, Medical, and Legal, travel up to 50%, and lead readiness for new indications and launches while ensuring compliant field execution.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience.
• Experience leading field-based teams or comparable leadership roles.
• Strong reimbursement expertise across pharmacy and medical benefits.
