Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to oversee defined accounts across New England, including the Boston area. You will support patient access and reimbursement strategies, partnering with HUB and payers to optimize product access and resolve coverage issues.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and leadership experience required.
• Experience in public or private payer environments a must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills desired.
• Experience with hubs, billing, coding, and appeals helpful.
• Knowledge of payer coverage and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined accounts within a specified geographic region for patient access and reimbursement.
• Support products by executing the territory strategic plan for reimbursement.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes.
• Coordinate with HUB and other departments to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Travel up to 40% to meet customers and payer stakeholders.
