Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director level) for the Northeast Skeletal Dysplasia area.

The role focuses on ensuring patient access to BridgeBio therapies, navigating complex reimbursement processes, and collaborating with large clinical accounts across the US. Travel is extensive, with 60% expected, and the position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus
• Minimum of 5-8 years Biotech/Pharma experience, including FRM roles
• Rare disease experience preferred; travel ~60%

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize community access to products and therapies
• Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes and reimbursement requirements
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with healthcare provider offices, pharmacies, and stakeholders to streamline patient access
• Evaluate, onboard and manage institutional pharmacies for access
• Use data tools to assess efficiency of access and reimbursement
• Manage and optimize community support programs and financial assistance
• Stay updated on policy changes affecting reimbursement and access
