Job summary

BridgeBio seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead access strategy for community programs and ensure timely patient access to therapies. You will navigate reimbursement processes, collaborate with providers, and ensure regulatory compliance across accounts.

Travel up to 60% is expected; ideal candidate has 5–8 years in biotech/pharma FRM roles, strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement, and a background in healthcare reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree a plus.
• 5–8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, FRM preferred.
• Experience with rare diseases and reimbursement processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• 60% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Access Strategy: Develop and execute plans to optimize community access.
• Access Expertise: Act as in-house expert on authorization processes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with providers and pharmacies.
• Pharmacy Network Management: Manage institutional pharmacies.
• Data Analysis: Use data tools to measure access program performance.
• Community Programs: Manage financial assistance and support services.
• Policy & Market Analysis: Monitor policy changes affecting reimbursement.
