Job summary

BridgeBio seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director level) to drive patient access to its therapies. You will serve as an in-house expert on authorization, navigate reimbursement challenges, and collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams to streamline access.

The role requires 5–8 years biotech/pharma experience, knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, strong communication, data analysis, independent work, and up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-8 years Biotech/Pharma experience.
• Cardiology, oncology or rare disease experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in market access, patient access or patient services.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing patient access to the company's products and therapies.
• Serve as an in-house expert on authorization processes and requirements, collaborating with internal teams to navigate complex access challenges.
• Ensure that all access and reimbursement activities adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare provider offices, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to address access issues and streamline patient access pathways.
• Evaluate, onboard and manage institutional pharmacies to ensure optimal access for patients.
• Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to assess efficiency of access and reimbursement processes.
• Manage and optimize patient support programs, such as financial assistance initiatives.
• Stay updated on healthcare policy, market dynamics and trends that impact reimbursement and access.
