BridgeBio Inc. seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director level) to ensure patient access to therapies by navigating complex reimbursement processes across large accounts.

This role focuses on defining access strategies, educating providers, and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows in skeletal dysplasia programs. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in biotech/pharma with FRM background, strong knowledge of reimbursement, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years in Biotech/Pharma with FRM exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Access Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize community access to products and therapies.
• Access Expertise: Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes and requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure activities adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to address access issues and streamline pathways.
• Pharmacy Network Management: Evaluate, onboard and manage institutional pharmacies for community access.
• Data Analysis: Use data tools to assess efficiency of access and reimbursement processes.
• Community Support Programs: Manage financial assistance initiatives to help patients access treatment.
• Policy and Market Analysis: Monitor regulatory changes and market dynamics affecting reimbursement.
