Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking a Family Access Manager (FAM) for the East region to engage with families and care partners on access, affordability, and reimbursement for BridgeBio's skeletal dysplasia portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Family Access Managers and collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide families/care partner-facing access and affordability support for infigratinib. This requires working closely with the Market Access team, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing team
• Compliantly ensure a positive patient journey through collaborations with all BridgeBio stakeholders
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of family access opportunities within a specific geographic area for all applicable families
• Provide face-to-face or via phone, personalized issue resolution, including potential hurdles with access and affordability with families/care partners
• Direct access support between consented families and all relevant stakeholders (hub, pharmacies, prescriber’s offices, and support organizations)
• Coordinate with the hub partner on missing information follow-ups
• Own the relationship between ForgingBridges, a support program offered to families to access the BridgeBio approved medicines, and consented patients
