BridgeBio is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director) to drive community access to our therapies. You will serve as an in-house expert on authorization, navigate reimbursement pathways, and collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and payers to optimize patient access.

The role emphasizes strategic access planning, regulatory compliance, data-driven improvements, and leading initiatives across institutional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5–8 years Biotech/Pharma experience, FRM background.
• Experience with market access, reimbursement processes, and compliance.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop access strategy to optimize community access to the company's products.
• Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and stakeholders to address access issues.
• Manage institutional pharmacies and access pathways.
• Analyze data to improve reimbursement processes.
• Oversee community support programs and financial assistance.
• Stay updated on policy and market trends.
