Job summary

BridgeBio seeks an experienced Market Access professional to lead reimbursement and access strategies for its therapies in the United States. You will educate providers, address access barriers, and collaborate with hubs, specialty pharmacies, and care teams to ensure patient access.

As a senior field contributor, you will influence cross-functional strategy, mentor colleagues, and operate with high autonomy in a hybrid setup requiring extensive travel to regional sites and payer networks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with reimbursement, market access, patient services, or rare disease.
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems, including commercial and government coverage pathways.
• Experience navigating specialty pharmacy and hub models.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements related to patient support and access services.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional subject matter expert on reimbursement and access for BridgeBio therapies.
• Educate provider offices on reimbursement processes and coverage pathways.
• Identify and address access barriers within payer environments.
• Coordinate access processes within provider workflows.
• Provide compliant education on BridgeBio patient support programs.
• Lead cross-functional insights to inform strategy and improvements.
• Mentor field access colleagues and foster collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OIG guidance and company policies.
