BridgeBio seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director level) to improve patient access to products across communities. You will lead strategy, navigate authorization processes, and collaborate with providers and payors to ensure timely access to therapies and services.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in biotech/pharma, experience in market access, and a strong grasp of reimbursement regulations. Travel up to 60% is required; hybrid work model offered in California.
