BridgeBio seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director) to ensure access to therapies, educate providers, and navigate complex reimbursement. You will interact with large accounts, lead access initiatives, and stay compliant with healthcare regulations. This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Healthcare Admin, Business or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years in Biotech/Pharma, FRM experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve community access to products.
• Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes and requirements.
• Ensure activities comply with healthcare laws and standards.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies and stakeholders to streamline access.
• Manage institutional pharmacies for optimal community access.
• Use data tools to assess access/reimbursement effectiveness and improve.
• Oversee community support programs and financial assistance initiatives.
• Monitor policy changes and market trends affecting reimbursement.
