BridgeBio is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director) to drive community access to therapies while navigating complex reimbursement processes. You will couple strategic thinking with hands-on execution, engaging providers, payers and pharmacies to streamline patient access and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in biotech/pharma, strong data-analysis skills, and a deep understanding of market access and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-8 years in Biotech/Pharma, including FRM experience.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in market access, community access or community services.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute access strategies for programs and therapies.
• Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in all activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare provider offices, pharmacies and stakeholders.
• Evaluate, onboard and manage institutional pharmacies for access.
• Use data analysis to assess access program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Manage community support programs and financial assistance initiatives.
• Stay updated on policy and market changes affecting reimbursement.
