Day & Zimmermann is hiring a Recruiter 3 for remote work from Pennsylvania and the United States. The role supports Field Non-Manual hiring objectives, manages offers, postings, candidate sourcing, prescreens, and post-offer activities to prevent staffing delays at client sites.

Responsibilities include lifecycle recruitment, strict adherence to contract terms, and maintaining Bullhorn records. Strong communication, data accuracy, and prioritization are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Maintain current and accurate documentation in the recruiting database.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers to understand staffing needs and coordinate candidate details.
• Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for Field Non-Manual roles, review resumes, prescreens, and submit for approval.
• Ensure hires are approved by Internal Customer and Client, manage contract terms documentation.
• Share candidate information and maintain documentation in Bullhorn for team alignment.
• Communicate hiring status to Hiring Manager and onboarding team for start dates and equipment.
• Maintain relationships with candidates, provide feedback, and keep a healthy pipeline.
