Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works with internal customers to understand staffing needs and confirms assignment details.
• Executes full life-cycle recruitment for Field Non-Manual hires and submits resumes for approval.
• Ensures hires are approved by Internal Customer and Client; maintains documentation and timelines.
• Keeps Bullhorn updated and shares candidate information with team members.
• Coordinates onboarding and background screening; communicates with Hiring Manager on start dates.
• Maintains relationships with candidates and provides ongoing feedback during assignments.
